What is the Founders’ Bonus?
The Founders’ Bonus is my way of thanking those of you who support me early in my venture to share poetry with the world. It will only be available in 2026, and it will be limited in availability.
The Founders’ Bonus comprises lifetime benefits that start in 2027. The nature of these benefits is dependent on the number of months you possess the membership at the Dickinson Tier in 2026. Read the breakdown below and the accompanying clarifications indicated by the asterisks (*):
1-6 Months: Lifetime Bronze* Tier benefits beginning in 2027, including access to the exclusive “of the poet’s heart” discord.**
7-9 Months: Lifetime Silver Tier benefits beginning in 2027, which includes access to Bronze Tier benefits and will likely include exclusive, monthly content not made for the public.***
10-12 Months, or if you purchase it for the annual price: Lifetime Gold Tier benefits beginning in 2027, which includes access to Silver and Bronze Tier benefits and will likely include an exclusive, monthly newsletter.****
The Founders’ Bonus is intended to continue each calendar year that both the participant and this podcast remain on buymeacoffee.com. Each bonus is limited to one account. The Founders’ Bonus may be revoked permanently if the connected account is used in ways that damage the community around the “Of The Poet’s Heart” podcast, including but not limited to sharing or distributing exclusive material to those outside the appropriate membership tier, using dehumanizing or antagonistic language in online forums to the point where your presence (even if under different usernames) is disruptive, blantantly bullying, failing to follow community guidelines, and more. All such cases will be decided by moderators of the community.
*Bronze Tier benefits may change once 2027 arrives and may adjust throughout the life of the podcast.
**Discord is the planned platform for our member-exclusive community. If another platform becomes more suitable or if Discord undergoes major changes, a migration of platforms could at some point occur. Discord participation (and participation in any platform of this community) is contingent upon following community guidelines. If multiple warnings have been given in response to violations, or if a major violation occurs (as determined by moderators) a user may have current access revoked and future access denied. No refunds will be given if access is revoked, even if in the middle of a membership of any length.
